No guarantee as I did not tested it. Theoretically it should work using Modbus RTU. Personally I'm using an ATC-107-N (RS-485 to RS-232 connector) and than and RS-232 over IP server. But depending on your needs this can be cheaper/simplified.

Looking at the website I did not found how to control it (which Modbus commands).

Will try contact the seller for more instructions.
Was planing to have the relay board close to my circuit box so it bit away for the server. Was think to use a pi with modbus hat.
Will each relay be a own HS3 device in the system. Will it be create auto or Manuel. How much coding are needed?

for each relay board you need to enter baudrate, parity, etc..

For each relay you need to select the gateway and enter the register type, slave ID, register address, return type, multiplication factor. Furthermore you need to enable the device and indicate if it is an read only device. (each relay will be a HS3 device)

It is a manual process. With a good manual you can set-up an relay board with half an hour.

That sound like a easy task. And 30 min for a board are accepted.

I also find this modbus led dimmer it also looks nice as easy was to control led light. Instead of all different unit out there

                      Documentation looks great.

Maybe confirm with the supplier that Modbus commands in DEC are also accepted.
