          I found the following:

MyQ is a free plugin that you can install. Nlog appears to be a linux logging library. Not good that the ModBus author is MIA and people are wasting all this time and some may give up on HS altogether.

            Workaround that appears to work:
            1. Install the free MyQ plugin.
            2. Install the ModBus plugin. It will say the install was successful but it will not show as installed.
            3. Find the NLog.dll file in the folder /usr/local/HomeSeer/bin/HSMyQ and make a copy of it in /usr/local/HomeSeer/Updates3/Modbus3.9.6431.26038
            4. restart Homeseer and the ModBus plugin should should show as installed.
