plcbus 2220/2221 problem // please help ;) - Solved!

[COLOR="Red"]hi,, i have a plcbus r2220/r2221 switch, and after the instructions,
the only thing i have to do, is to hold the on button for 5sec. and then send with homeseer
a code/adress (house,unit code) , but it doesn´t work ;(. i´ve already used homeseer with 
other products and it all worked fine,,, until this,, thx in advance (ps:sorry for my bad english)[/COLOR]

you have to hold both on and off ,, not only the on button...
