Will This Allow Zigbee Devices connected to the Deco M9 Plus to be controlled via HS

I'm looking to upgrade my router to a Mesh Wifi System. I came across the Deco M9 Plus that has zigbee built in. Will this plug in allow those devices to be controlled via homeseer?

I don't think so. I would have to have the M9 devices (I would love to buy some for my house so maybe). What would you want to control?

I didn't necessarily have anything in mind. I currently need to upgrade my router. I don't currently have a way to incorporate any zigbee devices and thought it I could control them via the M9 and Homeseer it would kill two birds with one stone.
