Turn on the light, set a color and dim?

You can set the color and dim value while the light is off. You then turn On over a 5 second period. See screenshot for example.

From off I'd like it to slowly (5 seconds) ramp up to red. With no other color displayed.

It really depends on what lighting effect you want during the transition from an Off state. Do you want to set the brightness to 50% and set the color *before* turning on the light?

I'm trying to figure out how to create an event that turns turns on a bulb to 50% and sets the color.

I can't seem to figure out what order I have to assemble these events.
