Plugin just stopped working, not available in the plug-ins menu

    You the man! I have a fairly complicated network at home (A Ubiquiti USG router, two Unifi PoE 24 port switches, nine Unifi WAPs and a TON of IP devices).

    Somehow, someway, a buried option in my USG router had auto-optimize on which, in turn, blocked broadcast traffic. Some firmware upgrade must have enabled this feature as I did not. Disabling that got everything running again.

    GREATLY appreciate the help as this is a mission critical app for me.

      Locate the file LIFX-Products.json in the HomeSeer HS3\Data\ultralighting3 directory and delete it, then restart the plug-in.

      If that doesn't work, please post the LIFX-Products.json file here so I can try it on my own system to see if that's the issue.

      This worked for me. I am running the plugin under Linux and HS 3.0.0.531. Thanks for the fix.
