Received unsupported SetIOMulti action For LIFX Mini Day and Dusk

    Hi

The plug-in was working great until I received a formal complaint from the wife saying the app wasn't working...

Checked the logs I get the following warning when trying to turning a bulb on or off:
"Received unsupported SetIOMulti action For LIFX Mini Day and Dusk"

Using the LIFX app works fine and HomeSeer updates status ok when controlling from LIFX app.

    Anyone else having the issue?

I have this bulb and have not seen this error. How are you controlling the bulb when this error is written to the logs?

I am controlling via HS3 web interface and HSTouch. When I use Lifx to set light it updates in HomeSeer ok. Alexa integration directly with lifx works ok.

So I bought some new LIFX bulbs and added them to HomeSeer. They worked fine. Other lights still had problems. I deleted the devices from homeseer then re-initialised the plug-in. Everything working again. Just need to reconfigure all my events and HS Touch to use the new devices.

On another note, is it possible to configure a parameter to improve the response when clicking the on/off device button in HomeSeer? I'm guessing the state doesn't change until a success message is received back from the device or its just waiting for the next poll?

Hello. I am having this same issue. Seems to be affecting some of them when controlling via HSTouch through the HS Device. The log entries below are what gets captured:

I have other LIFX bulbs (i.e. new LIFX Candle White To Warm) that I just added to HSTouch recently that seem to be working fine.

NOTE: When I tried controlling the LIFX devices directly from the HS3 web device management page, I get the same above errors in the Log for those devices.

Any suggestions on troubleshooting or what this might mean?

Well solved it by finding the details in another thread. Solution seems to be here:
