Having problems with setting up UPB

what is the brand of your USB PIM?
PulseWorx USB PIM works, but Simply Automated USB PIM doesn't

I think I ordered the wrong interface module. I am using the USB version. I ordered a serial one. Once it comes in, I will let you know. Steve

please set the log level to debug and post what you get when you try to import the .upe file.

Hi all-

I am trying to get my HS3 up and running with UPB.

I have all my switches set up and configured in UpStart.

Using UPStart, I can control the lights. I then exported the UPStart file to HS3.

I then closed UPStart and then restarted HS3.

I configured the UPB plugin using the location of the UPStart export file.

That is as far as I can get. It appears that HS is not detectiong the PIM or the UPStart export file.


Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
