Back light problems with UPB 7 button controllers

Hi any one having problems with the pulse Worx 7 button controllers , the switch controllers the load ,we have 14 in a job and six of them will not shut off the #2 back light light button
this button light stays on no matter how the button is triggered or set up in up start

I have a couple of them, but neither has that problem. Sounds like a hardware issue. Have you contacted PCS Lighting or the vendor you bought them from?

I have two, and they do not appear to have this problem
