Plug-in process does not terminate when disabled

Had the same issue.

UM's observation and suggested fix resolved the issue. Still, not terribly obvious.

Just tried to update the plug-in. Disabled first, but install failed. Checked task manager on my HS machine and the process was still running. Terminated the process and reran the plug-in installation. That works, but that solution is probably not obvious to a new user.
