I was having some issues with my UPB PIM so I loaded UPStart. It is telling me that my PIM is out of date and that I need to replace it with one that has a higher firmware version. Is there not an update tool to install new firmware to this PIM? If so where is the tool and the updated firmware located.
I looked at the details and it seems that my PIM is reporting 0.00 when it is queried for the version number. It PIM does still appear to be working in both the transmit and receive directions.
