Just got around to installing my first US2-40 keypad...(and first UPB anything)
I have a light that is a local load to the keypad.
I notice that when I turn the light on and off using the keypad HS does not seem to update its status.

HS does not have any trouble controlling the light however, and when it does, of course the status changes as well.

So my question is, is something wrong, or do I have to set up a faux "link" in order to get the switch to transmit some sort of status?

In Upstart, under the options tab of the US240, check the "report the light level" box.
