I made a mistake. I have a CM11a, not a CM15a. So, disregard this post. I can't get the CM11a working either. I'll make another post about that.

This can happen if you don't have a CM15a connected when the plugin starts.

Also, I removed your license ID from your post above.
      Best regards,

Hi, I just installed hs4 on new Ubuntu 20.04 platform and am getting the error: CM15A: Could not start mochad! This version of mochad may not be compatible with this version of Linux. Please install a proper version of mochad and restart the plugin.
I have removed and reinstalled the plugin and have connected the CM15a to two different USB ports on the pc.

        Plugins Installed=CM15A 3.0.0.8,HS MyQ 4.0.9.0,Z-Wave 3.0.9.0

When re-enabling the plugin I get the following:

I removed the batteries from the CM15a and tried again with no success.
I may have missed a thread somewhere that addresses this situation.
        Any suggestions would be appreciated

Hi Twinlead, you will need an x86 version of mochad as I believe the version shipped with HS4 is for the Raspberry-Pi (ARM processors). Please have a look at the "CM15A" Plugin (Linux only) post on the "X10" & "CM15A" Plugin - Beta Releases sticky (at the top of this forum). Here's a link to that post: https://forums.homeseer.com/forum/li...01#post1021301

DO NOT install that beta version, it is old. Just get the x86 version of mochad from the zip file and follow the procedure in step 5.

Or just download and build the latest version of mochad on your machine: https://bfocht.github.io/mochad/

          Best regards,

Thank you for the quick reply Mark!
It'll likely be a week or two before I have time to try again. I've gone back to HS3 for now but I'll let you know if I have any other problems.
