Hello,
One of my devices, a lamp, mysteriously switches off from time to time on the Device Management screen although not in reality.
Although the actual lamp does not actually switch off it prevents an "Event" from taking place which is conditional upon that device being seen to be in the ON position.
From the log, I can see that the culprit is what seems to be a series of random commands to the address M1. When these commands are received they switch off the device which happens to be on C2.
From searching through the message board I can see that this is a known problem in HS3. There was a post on it as recently as October 2014, but still waiting for a fix, I believe.
As a temporary solution I thought there may be a way of having the system ignore any commands to or from that house code. I came across the attached screenshot somewhere on the message board that suggests that there may be a way of doing this but I can't seem to find the equivalent page on my version of the software which is 3.0.0.152 (Windows).
Thank you
