No polling taking place

I cannot poll any of the Z-Wave switches I have. It is as if there is no 2-way communication at all.

What does the status show in the Hs GUI? How far is the nearest switch? Have you moved any switches without removing them from the remote and re-adding them at their new location?

Can you control the switch ok? What happens if you cycle power on the switch, does it then poll ok?

No I have not moved any switches. Yes I can control them. Even if I cycle the power I still cannot see the status of the switch.
