OK, Thanks. I received my new SmartStick+ yesterday. I'll do some additional testing and will take your routing suggestion as well. It may be a few days before I am able to test as the location that is having the problem is my sister's lake-house and not my main residence. Appreciate the reply.

rjh, DoubleClick Problem solved. I re-optimized the routing including return routes and now the DoubleClicks work as expected. Even as obvious as the real problem was, I suspect I had overlooked updating the routing when I installed the last couple of switches as I was focused on the difference of the Zooz controller. My bad.
        Thanks for the assist.

          jvm .

Now that we both have redone our zwave network.

The real deal is to know if it is possible to backup the network from the zooz. And then restore it to another controler?

Did you ever tried this? I am a little scared to try it, so I wonder if you already test this?

I think this is important, because if there is any issue with the zooz, we need to be able to restore to another controller easily.

In the scenario that this does not work, I wonder if it would work on another zooz s2 stick?

What is your take on this?

          thanks,
          Matth

The z-wave back up is done using info in the plugin, not the interface, so ANY network can be backed up. Its the restore that is to be programmed for the different interfaces.

Yes , this is in line with what support said

                  Hello Matthieu,

The Zooz stick does not support restoring Z-Wave networks in HS3, only the SmartStick+ and US Z-Net interfaces do. I apologize for the inconvenience.
                  .

anyways i am returning this stick to Amazon. So, and I bought your new g2 stick as a replacement . It is good news that any network can be backup up . Thanks for the info
