    Unable to add smart bulb

Nov-14 9:05:46 PM Z-Wave Error Exception in Z-Wave Controller Function Add Node - cannot continue: (0)=Index was outside the bounds of the array.
    Nov-14 9:05:45 PM Z-Wave Done. Node 255 Added.
I am getting the above error while to add a LB60Z-1 smart bulb to my network. This was light previously added and working but suddenly stopped responding. I deleted it and am trying to re-add it. I recently updated my Z-Wave plugin to 3.0.1.245.

    Any ideas?

You might try excluding it, resetting the bulb per the manual and then re-include. Since it was previously added it needs to be cleared of that info. Make sure you are as close to the controller as you can get. I use a bulb socket on an extension cord, or you can use an unused lamp, so I can put the bulb within a foot or two from the controller when including it.
