A problem with Z-wave nodes connectivity

It seems that I have Z-wave issues.
I had a module that was repeatedly unresponsive so I removed it and then, went into the Z-Wave controller screen and ran the "Test Connectivity on a Network" and to my dismay it appears my problem is bigger than I realized.
    Some background
I have 2 or 3 devices outdoors that are currently powered off for the winter (Pool heater, pump etc.) at the sub-panel, plus a sprinkler controller - not sure if that contributes to the problem.
The symptom I've been noticing lately is that some devices are initially not responsive via Google Home and then they are on a second attempt (might be a whole unrelated problem - I can't tell).
Although the connectivity test suggests some devices did not respond, most, if not all appear to be generally working.

    Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated.

Here is the results from Test Node effort....
