Z-Wave Switch Errors Scanning and Editing

Good morning all,
I have been migrating back to HS3 from ST from when I was originally on HS2 and HS3 so I'm familiar with the platform and nuances.
I reset all my switches before adding them back to homeseer and seem to be running into a few problem children. For example this one. I re-deleted it and added it back into the system. I also killed the power to it via the airgap on it to make sure it even rebooted the switch itself. Most of my z-wave switches are GE/Jasco (on/off and dimmers)

These are the errors I get just from adding and trying to send info to/from the device from HS or editing it:

Have you thought about standing up the ST controller for a short time and removing the node from ST? There is supposed to be a secondary grouping that I think ST understands but homeseer does not. I too have alot of Jasco switches and have not run into this problem. Does the device show up in HS even as a blank?
