Are you running the latest Homeseer? Any chance there are problems (device drivers) in the serial/usb ports?

Loaded the Beta Release of Z-Wave - - that fixed the issue. Thanks

On the second post on the thread url listed below, there is a discussion about how to reset the z-wave database. You can get to the page shown by going to plugins->manage and pressing the hyperlink.

If you try this I would strongly recommend a backup before you reset. Will be honest - don't know if this is the problem or if this will fix it.
