cannot get additional details about node X as there is no node information available

    cannot get additional details about node X as there is no node information available

    Just bought some ZLink WD 100 wall dimmers.... using HS3 and Ztroller.

    Installed and added them and figured all was ok. Then went to add to my events and there is only an OFF button, no on, and clearly cannot control.

    Getting this message about no node information...

    When loading the Ztroller into homeseer I get:
    Z-Wave manufactuter information for node 102, ID: 789-315H (Stelpro), Type: 17479=4447H, ID: 12340=3034H
    Error: Cannot get additional details about node 102 as there is no node information available.


    So, it does not get an on off button, etc.

    Tried all re-scans, remove and re-add, tried different Z-Troller (I have 2), etc.

    Everything else works, just this products. Guess they are crap?

      @gregeusa- Did you ever get any resolution on this? I have looked at theses switches and saw that gigabyte also had an issue with these dimmers that was unresolved. I was interested in the basic switch but am leery based on the problems you two are having with basic functionality. I read these are manufactured by the same company as the HS switches but obviously not the same firmware. Good value if they worked. Guess I will have to pursue the Inovelli switches.
