Restore to new Z-Net - Missing Neighbors

Hi All, I just brought another Z-Net and followed the instruction to restore all nodes to the new hardware, its works however all my devices only have one neighbor and that's the Z-Net device itself, no matter how many times I try the optimize on the network or per device, it never finds any devices. when i restore the exact same .ZWave backup file to another Z-Net device its able to see all neighbors. Any idea what is going on, could it be hardware failure ? Thanks !

    HS3 + Z-Wave plugin 3.0.2.0 or 3.0.2.5 in the beta section.

Appreciate the response George, yup unfortunately I've run multiple scans, lite and full, even full optimize that I try never to do.

Did you get anywhere with this? I'm having similar issue after upgrading Aeotec S2 to a Gen5+ - I've lost connectivity to some of my further nodes, and one one device on my network seems to be routing, they all share with it but no others. Done a million rescan/optimise/etc... Not sure if its the dodgy beta plugin, or if i need to start again with fresh config (eek!) and not do a restore from old device... any help?
