GE Motion sensor no longer reporting motion

Hi,

I am using these GE in-wall motion sensor switches and they have worked very well for a year or two - https://byjasco.com/ge-z-wave-plus-smart-motion-switch

Now, I have a sensor that is not detecting/ reporting motion and am at a loss as to what to do other than replace the switch. I have tried resetting with the air-gap switch, rebooted Z-Wave interface (Z-Net), restarted HS3, etc. Z-wave control of the switch still works so it is just the motion part that is not reporting. I have a few of these, does the motion trigger the lights locally though?

Can you post a screenshot of the Information about Node... under the Z-Wave tab?

Have you performed a Factory reset on the device?




Is this the same model?
