Unable to fully add Neo Power Plug - Solved!

Trying to add a Neo Power Plug. The device was found for the Add, but only the root and two child devices were found. I can control the device but I get no power reporting (Vac, W, kWH). I did a re-scan, but the results are the same. The device isn't far from the z-Net. Both for the add and rescan, I get the following log entries:

Try removing the device and adding it using the non secure mode.

Humph. Worked. Thanks, Rupp. I've always been under the impression 'older' devices had to be added non-secure, but reading the header it sounds like I would be better off adding everything in non-secure mode unless a secure connection is required (locks etc.). Is that interpretation correct?
