Anyone installed a microdimmer in a lamp? I can't get the level of local control I'd like using lamp modules. I'm thinking of installing a micro dimmer on a lamp,, adding a momentary push button somewhere on the lamp and then disabling the lamp's socket switch by either removing the knob or replacing the socket with a non-switched socket. Anyone tried this?

After talking with Aeotech I went ahead and tried this. I used these switches: http://amazon.com/dp/B00T6I8TTG wired to the switch terminals and replaces the lamp holder with an un-switched holder. It works perfectly the lamp stays perfectly in synch with HS and my Cooper scene controllers. The push button switch mounted in the body of the lamp looks like it's always been there. No more having to choose between local or remote control.
