Aeon Labs HEM E1 - No kWH readings

Is this a recognised problem, or just me?

I can't get the kWH output on either clamp. Wattage and battery data is being reported.

I've updated the firmware on a new HEM E1 to 3.64. Excluded and reincluded several times. Rescanned it. My system is a Zee S2 and all updates are installed. The Z-Wave plugin is 3.0.1.83.

Any help appreciate.

Just solved the problem. Discovered that the Aeon Labs HEM 1E has to be powered by USB cable in order to output kWHs. While on batteries, it will only outputs Watts.
