Hi,
When a zigbee device (eg a lightbulb) is off - and I mean the power switch was turned off - it retains the status it had in HS3 before it was turned off (powered off). Example: zigbee lamps are turned on using a switch (not via HS3). Controlling the lights via HS3 is possible. The status is correct. Then someone turns the lights off (using a switch, so not using HS3). Now, the status of the lights is still on at 100%. How can I figure out that the device is really off or the status is unknown?
In the Osram Lightify app, I see that the devices are greyed out when they are without power but this status is seemingly never reflected in HS3/HSZigbee?
Am I understanding this wrong? Will there be a fix?
Thanks,
Dirk
