Multiple Sound Cards - How to control which one plays the playlist when using event?

Goal:

1. Have an event (HsTouch Button in the Master Bedroom) kickoff a playlist (the kids lullabies) on the USB Soundblaster Soundcard. (I can do this through the client player UI, but how to make it work in an event?)

2. Have the house make an announcement on the default sound card that it's bed time. (I can change the client speakers for the just fine, but it needs to be on the default channel.
