I have implemented this feature in version 3.0.0.23 available in the Beta section of the updater.

In the config page there is now a new option called: "Prevent TTS when Chromecast is playing"

How do you trigger this event?

When you manually trigger an event the AND IF conditions are ignored
When you trigger an event from another event the AND IF conditions are ignored unless you check a specific option, read this thread

BTW, the new version that prevent TTS if chromecast is already playing something will be released tomorrow

I am trying to check and see if a device status is idle, THEN speak to device. Unfortunately, It doesn't matter if the device is playing or idle. The TTS command is still sent to the device. Am I doing something wrong?
