chromecast studders like a machine gun before every speak event

Any idea what could be the issue?

I have all unchecked except for 1 group that I name "Whole House" and this is also the group I add into the events.

I track this down to only have issue with I'm sending the speak to the Group with Google Displays in them. Any help here?
