No devices listed

Finally able to get plugin working but no devices are listed. I have tried installing Anahi Daemon using the commands below. After running the first command I received several lines back of the data received. I then ran the second line and nothing was returned. What am I doing wrong and I what can I check here? This is beyond frustrating!

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install avahi-daemon

You don't need to install avahi-daemon
Set the log level to Debug, then restart the plugin and post what get in the logs.
