    Multiple Devices?

Really like the plugin, but any plans to add multiple devices? I have 4 boxes in my house and would love to be able to have this on all of them.

Yes I plan to support multiple DirecTV devices through the multiple instances capability of a plugin. But right now there is a bug preventing it to work: http://www.homeseer.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=878
so we need to wait for HST to fix this bug first...

Multiple instances is now supported in version 3.0.0.7
see instructions at the end of User Guide

Actions for multiple instances don't work yet (HST guys are working on it), but the web remote control and the devices work.

it's not in the updater yet, you can download itfrom here: http://board.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=162205

and if you already have a previous version installed, you just have to update HSPI_DIRECTV.exe

                Working like a charm!

Were you going to do something with the Ratings still?

ok. Ran into a problem. I needed to disable the plugin. When I did that, it shows as "Loaded Remotely" under enabled. I cant do anything with it. I cant even remove it.

                  See attached.

I ran into this problem too, it seems to happen when you try to disable the first instance (the one without name) of the plugin while another instance is still running.
I think it is a HS3 bug, so I'm going to enter a bugzilla ticket.

The only workaround I could find is to:
                    - shut down HS3
                    - kill any ghost HSPI_DIRECTV.exe from task manager
                    - remove HSPI_DIRECTV.exe from HS folder
                    - restart HS3
                    - put back HSPI_DIRECTV.exe into the HS3 dir

ok. That workaround worked. Back in business.

                      Thanks!
