Reregister Problems

I have had to reregister with Zap2It com and I haven't been able to get HSTV up since. Homeseer log reports:

I have tried to run it manually but get the error:
Access is denied

Anyone have any idea how to correct this?

Don, have you tried rerunning the xmltv configure from the command line?

Thanks for the note. Yes I have tried to run it from the command line. That is where the 'Access Denied' is seen. I have run it many times before from the command line, but this is the first time I have not been able to run it.

Did you go to zap2it and fill out the survey to renew your subscription?

Also if you setup a new account, you will need to look in the tv_grab_na_dd.conf file to make sure you have the new username and password at the top of the file.

Yep. It turns out that xmltv had 0 bytes in it. I reinstalled hstv and it appears to work.
