It is in the updater. Check for updates and reinstall from there.

Cannot find HSTV in the updater
After HSTV end of life announcement, was it also removed from the Updater? I've looked through it several times and cannot manage to find it there. Where is it now?

I had it removed from the updates part. I thought it would still show up in the installed part of the updater but I just checked and it doesn't so I will get with Rick and ask him to add it back to the updates part.
In the meantime you can download it direct from the updater using this url.
