time zone problem

My time zone is incorrect. After the daylight savings sprung forward an hour, my listings are ahead an hour. How do I change this?

Double-click the time display in the lower right-hand corner of your windows desktop (the system tray) and the 2nd tab on the big clock screen that is displayed is the one that sets the timezone.

After changing the timezone, it is not necessary to restart HomeSeer to update it. Go to View... Options... Sunrise/Sunset and then click the Calculate button to update it. You will also see your timezone displayed there.

That didn't work. I was told that it is possibly an xmltv issue. Is there a TZ system variable that I can use in cmd to change my timezone in xmltv?
