itunes not staying minimized

I've recently noticed that if i select a play list from hstouch, that itunes comes to the foreground, is there a way not to have this happen? i'd like hstouch to stay on top.

do i need a 3rd party app that keeps hstouch ontop?

I use Jon00RCCNM plugin along with his Client program that is an optional part of the plugin to minimize iTunes every time it is played. Been working successfully for 2 years now.

do you do this via an event? like every time the player status changes?

I originally did it part of an event but I now do it part of a script as it is easier to manage and customize.

And the minimize command is sent after iTunes is first initialized (aka Play) and a 2 second wait.
