New to Itunes & Itunes Plugin - Need Help

I am new to Itunes. I just installed Itunes version 10.6.3 (was toll v11.x does not support multiple instances) and Itunes DAAP plug-in as instructed for HS3. I don't see the "+" button from the PLUG-INS > Manage page after the install. What do I need to do to the Itunes or the plugin to get the "+" button?

The version of the iTunes DAAP plugin that supports multiple instance is not yet in the updater. You need version 3.0.0.6 or later,You can download it from here.

What do you mean by "v11.x does not support multiple instances"? I don't think any version of iTunes allow you to run multiple instances of iTunes on the same machine.
