Possible to get season, episode and show title for streaming?

Would it be possible to get episode, season and show name for shows streamed through Kodi? The player webpage shows the info at the bottom and when I do a putty connection to port 9090 I see the following JSON-RPC info captured (along with a lot of other data)
"episode":1,"season":2,"showtitle":"Happy Valley"

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

how do you "stream" through Kodi?
what is the status of the Title device when you stream such a show?

Via an Add-On

In this case Genesis but it could also be Exodus or SALT. The Title device shows as Off in the plugin. The return over Telnet 9090 is the string in the previous post but the player web page has the title, season and episode although formatted differently.

I fixed the problem in version 3.0.0.37 available here and tested it with Genesis.

The title device should now show: "<TV Show Name> SxxEyy - <Episode Title>"
