I was on 3.0.0.6 and all worked ok.
I recently updated to 3.0.0.12 and players would not reconnect if they went offline.
Restarting the Plugin is the only way to get them to connect again.
I've emailed you about this issue and the restarting solution before.
Now on 3.0.0.13 volume / player state devices don't control my TV or XBMC.

Just tried it and it's fixed!!
I'll try a bit more and xbmc tonight, but the TV volume works.

Do you still have a problem that the PI doesn't automatically reconnect to devices that went off-line and came back?
I just noted something where I suspect that the PI doesn't reconnect. Something I broke when I took out the pinging.
If you still have issues, let me know and I'll email you a new version before I post it.

Yeah I think so, I still restart the PI and haven't turned that off with the version you emailed the other day (haven't tried it without the restarting).
If you want to send me this version, I will double check before I install it that the reconnect issue is still there.

I'm still tweaking it for some other issues I've noticed. I'll send to HS to post in the updater but given the holidays, that may take a few days.

And .14 devices didn't come back online without a restart.

Changes to v3.0.0.16

• Fixed an issue where the volume, mute .. device wasn't working
• Rewrote the code where devices are not coming on-line in the PI after they went off-line->on-line. Some things got broken post v.08

Hi.
i have a Yamaha RX-V675 and i cant seem to control the volume on it.
i set up "pool volume state" and i can see the slider change when i change it on the receiver itself but nothing on the plugin actually controls the receiver

I'm currently out of the country so I can't check anything. Did the latest version get posted in the updater? I didn't get any email from the HS team (Tyler) and I suspect they have been on holiday before the YE and now at CES.

By the way, you should post a debug log, else I can't help, my glass ball is kinda fuzzy .

Hi Dirk, if 3.0.0.17 is the latest, then yes, it's in the updater.

Apparently v17 is in the updater so I recommend to first upgrade, if it doesn't work, turn debug on, capture log and post.
