sirmeili I made events using the Play, Pause & Stop. They are what I needed but they take too long to detect. Does it only work on the polling interval? Is Roku just too basic that they don't offer any API that uses notifications/sockets/etc?

Thx Matt ... I'm done with Roku in my Home Theater, going back to a HTPC box. Roku is so behind: No TrueHD passthrough, no automation capabilities, etc. Its great when built-into TVs but for Hometheater it sux

I have my polling set to 10 s for all my rokus and have never had an issue. You could probably set it to less, but I would be careful with that. I can make it an "action" to decrease polling time via an event. I.E. once roku starts playing, you have an event to decrease polling to 1 or 2 seconds and when it's stopped it goes back up.

          Lets brainstorm it up

            Event Action would be great!

BTW -- I set Logging to Info, and now no matter what I set it to it never stays, always reverts to Info. Tried reboot, etc. I think there is a bug? Running .0.9 beta

I will check into it. I did some major changes at one point and maybe it's not saving that setting.
