I am running HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.17.0 (Windows)
    Meiku Plugin version 3.2.0.10

    Any ideas?

I get the same thing. I believe we are starting to see more and more code drift issues as Roku continues to update and change their platform and this plugin is left stale with no one picking it up and running with it.
I just removed a whole bunch of stuff from HSTouch that used to display what app was being used on the Rokus, etc. since that particular function seems to be quite stale now and for the most part no longer works.

December 7, 2021 was the last login by the developer. I'd say this is abandonware. I still use the MeiHarmony plugin but I'm putting a plan together to move over to the HST plugin.

Does anyone know if an up to date plugin for Roku is in the works? Things are starting to break in this plugin and as KenM said, it appears to have been abandoned by the developer.
