If the same file plays OK in the root directory but it doesn't play properly in the program file folder, you either have an allowance problem (is the PI running as an administrator) or you have a typo, so stare at it for typos.
The help file is under tools->help->sonos but doesn't have anything related to scripting. All controls are done via HS devices and you can find postings on this forum how to script those.
