We had a storm yesterday and my Autelis stopped working. It does not appear to power up. This is very sad because I have enjoyed controlling my Intellitouch from my Homeseer setup. Has anyone found a service that can attempt a repair? Has anyone found an alternative? It does look like Autelis is out of business. Thanks.

On the pool forums and the Autelis website, the lack of Autelis information is deafening. To continue, you may have to invest in new equipment that is compatible with one of the other pool controller PIs, here. There is some information and development here in this forum, but if you have fried hardware, I don't think you have many options.HomeSeer Version: HS4 Pro Edition 4.2.19.0 (Windows - Running as a Service)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro - Desktop
Z-Wave Devices via two Z-Net G3s
Zigbee Devices via RaspBee on RPi 3b+
WiFi Devices via Internal Router.

Well, you have a couple of approaches. Many people are now using the nodejs-poolcontroller software that runs on a raspberry pi here: https://github.com/tagyoureit/nodejs-poolController It can be integrated into Homeseer using MQTT.
The other approach is to getg screenlogic hardware (if you don't already have it), and use a screenlogic integration to control it, which is much easier if you already have the screenlogic system installed. Homeseer doesn't support this, but Home assistant and I think hubitat does.
Good luck
