  • Repeated Network Successfully Reset Statement

I was going through my log file this morning and ran across the following entries:

3/26/2007 12:38:51 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:39:14 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:39:48 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:39:56 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:40:12 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:40:41 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:41:09 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:41:32 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:41:42 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:41:51 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:42:00 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:42:14 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:42:21 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:42:37 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.
3/26/2007 12:42:48 AM iAutomate RFID Network successfully reset.

There must have been over 150 of them. However, there's been no indication of an ERROR message or a repeat of these items since about 1am in the morning.

I'd be curious if anyone has any ideas what might have caused the problem and why it mysteriously went away?

    Thanks,
    -Todd

This is typically a power supply problem or a connection problem.

You should be able to duplicate the error report by unplugging the Power Supply or disconnecting the COM Port while Homeseer is running.

    Thanks

      Hello Peter,

You diagnosis was right on the mark! I replaced the wall wart and have no further problems.

      Best regards,

I shipped you a new power supply today.

I included a return shipping label, so I can get the defective supply back for evaluation.

        Thanks

        Peter
