    Plugin Failure

Blade I could use some advise... I had about 8 different plugin's to update tonight

I have dis-abled the plugin then downloaded it but it seems to fail....

I have turned off the Avast Virus.... This is the only one of 8 plugins to fail tonight... so I'm not sure what to make of this

This is pretty common with a number of plugins that don't get completely shutdown when they are disabled. Just leave the plugin disabled and restart homeseer. Then do the update and restart the plugin. I have several of them I have to do this with from time to time.

This looks to be a Windows install, but complicating matters is there was a bug on Linux where the installer would not wait long enough for the process to end before trying to copy files. This was fixed in the latest version, but was certainly there earlier this year.

Technology is awesome when it works...... unfortunately it's wonky most of the time
