    Feature request for Room cleaning

Also added this to your (Blade's) website.

be cool to also have the ability to send the Roomba to select rooms to clean, once you have your house mapped.

    thanks!

Does anybody have any other ideas on how I might be able to do this? Being able to go room by room would be great. Thanks!

Just successfully installed plugin for I7+. Would be significantly more useful if I could send Roomba off to clean a specific room.

Agreed. Would be super cool. I suppose if there were a way to pull the floor maps, that would be cool, too.

You can clean a specific room via IFTTT, which I am using and works pretty well. What I really need is the ability to run 1 or more individual rooms in a single cleaning run.

Ugh. I /really/ prefer not going "out" to IFTTT... that's the whole point of HomeSeer. But I appreciate the pointer. I guess it will do for the moment. I hope there's an option in the LAN side to do it; but I could see where that might not be an option, too.

Hm... looks like dorita980 has a companion called rest980 that already supports per-room via HTTP:
                  https://github.com/koalazak/rest980

So... I'll have to look into it. Looks like I'd need to have the rest980 "server" running and it would make the calls to the robots directly through dorita980. But that really beats IFTTT... the whole point of HS is to avoid this cloud crap.
