New Install HS4 - No config menu

I am running HS4 and there is no config menu. Clicking the MORE button shows a 1 line blank drop down menu.

I was just testing this last week in HS4 and it shows up fine for me. Can you please have a look here:Having problems? Follow these steps first.

The main difference is you'll have to manually edit the Tesla plugin INI file in your Config directory (if it's there) and change the "LogLevelFile" setting to 7. If it's not there, create a file called HSPI_SKWARE_TESLA_VEHICLES.ini with the following content:

The INI was not there. I added it as you suggested. Log below:

• HS Version - HS4 Pro Edition 4.1.2.0 (Windows)
• Plugin version -1.4.4.0
• Description of the problem - There is no drop down for the config
• HS3 Server OS - Windows 10
• Lyric device & model ??
• Log file - I have no idea where to set the level to trace. I guess I am still lost on HS4
• Data dump - Dont know how
