    Worx Landroid Cloud disconnected

When I started my WR147E.1 this year all was good except the Landroid plug-in. It logs on 1st time, reads the mower info (it detected the new installed firmware 3.26.1), but will not update the devices. In the log I get 2 lines of response from the plug-in (repeatedly):

6.06.2022 19:18:05 Worx Landroid Warning Worx Landroid Cloud disconnected

6.06.2022 19:18:05 Worx Landroid Info Failed to connect: Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream.

I have installed the new beta 3 and restarted the server and plug-in, no change.

Any idea what this is ? (the Landroid app, log on to the web site works fine)

That's weird. I have a WR141E with firmware 3.26 (without the .1) and it works fine. I wonder if anything changed in the .1 firmware?

Are you willing to share your Landroid credentials with me so I can test it here locally? The error indicates an issue with the MQTT authentication.

BTW, are you using Windows or Linux?

        Windows 7/HS 4.2.12.8.

Do you think it will help uninstall the plug-in and reinstall ? (will I then loose all the devices ?)

I can share the complete log file with you, credential and all :-)

Reinstall won't help. And if you do, you won't loose anything.

Credentials is all I need. Send me a PM so we can follow up. Thanks!

Great plugin. But unrelated to your issue

W7 has trouble with credentials because out of the box it uses old tls1.x

Yeah, I missed the W7 part. Just fixed it with the help of tnaas . Will release a new beta later.
