User codes missing, not able to create new ones

Suddenly my user codes are missing. When I try to create new ones I just get a message: "There are no users configured for the specified lock.". I have already tried to uninstall/reinstall the plugin. Please find attached debug logging file.
    BLLock version : 3.0.19.0
    Z-Wave version: 3.0.1.230
    HS3 version: 3.0.0.435
    Attached Files

The user codes are stored here:
They are stored by HS3 and not the plugin
Confirm that you have this file

    [HS3 root folder]\Data\Z-Wave\lock_pin_codes.json.enc
    Cheers,
    Bob

Yes I can confirm the lock_pin_codes.json.enc file is present in the [HS3 root folder]\Data\Z-Wave\ folder

I do see this error in your log trying to get the user codes

        09.13.2018 10:01:16:803 a.m. : v3.0.19.0 - Send_Homeseer_JSON_Request(): ERROR - Caught this web exception - Den eksterne serveren returnerte feilen (401) Uautorisert.

Looks like the plugin had an issue getting some info from HS3 about the lock

        Key: 3
        DeviceRef: 3
DeviceType: Z-Wave Door Lock Root Device
        Name: Entry Control
        ModelKey: 883-1-3
        NodeId:
        HomeId:
        UniqueInterfaceId:

        MaxUserCodes: 100

        Can you do this:

        1. Delete the debug log
        2. Shutdown BLLock
        3. Edit the hspi_BLLock.ini and change debugLevel=true and save the INI file
        4. Restart BLLock

Once the plugin finds the locks then turn off debug logging and attach the debug log zipped again
        Cheers,
        Bob

The calls to the zwave JSON are failing with this error:

            09.13.2018 12:39:53:624 p.m. : v3.0.19.0 - Send_Homeseer_JSON_Request(): ERROR - Caught this web exception - Den eksterne serveren returnerte feilen (401) Uautorisert.

            Do you have JSON enabled?
What version of the zwave plugin and HS3 are you running? Did u recently upgrade either of them?
            Cheers,

How can I check this? (HS3 noob)

Already posted this in message #1 :-) Z-Wave version: 3.0.1.230 and HS3 version: 3.0.0.435. No. Neither of them has been upgraded recently

I did a full reset IE: Removed the Z-wave node, paired the Lock, re-installed BLLock, The result is the same: unable to add users and codes using BLLock. Any other steps I can test to get this working again?

In the HS3 settings there is a checkbox for enabling JSON
                  Cheers,

JSON is enabled in settings. I'm also getting a response if I type in /JSON?request=getstatus

I wonder if something in the zwave calls is broken
                      I am using ZWave 3.0.1.232
I will make sure mine is working when I am home today

                      Cheers,

I uninstalled Z-wave and when I installed it again it says that version 3.0.1.190 is installed. There is BETA version 3.0.1.237 available of the Z-wave plug-in. Tried to upgrade to this version aswell, but still does not work.

I just upgraded to ZWave 3.0.1.237 and my users are showing up fine in BLLock
Could something be blocking it on your network?
                          Cheers,

I was thinking the same. I have disabled Windows firewall but the problem persist.

I'm at loss and would really like to find out why adding user codes does not work anymore. I can give you remote desktop access if you are interested. I think that is maybe the only way you can test and find out what's causing this problem. Please let me know if you are ok with this, and we could agree on a specific day and time that suits you. All the best! BTW: Tried to send you a private message, but your quota has maxed out!
