Having sporadic problems where Occupancy not actually triggering Zwave action

I've noticed that my Occupancy program does not appear to be working reliably. In the log you'll see where Occupancy tries to do something, but sometimes the Zwave action never triggers. I have restarted the Troller Z2, I have turned off the Occupancy plugin and back on, I have turned off the Zwave plugin and back on. Problem still exists. I've tried changing some Occupancy settings, saved them, then changed them back. Nothing seems to make any difference. Anybody have any ideas?
